Made me understand myself better.#

A guy, societal, depressed, clean, white, bored out of his mind, playing a role in the great society of America. Pricy coffee, nice Swedish furniture, work, work. Until a house fire fucks it all up.

I loved everything about this movie. It speaks to me on serveral planes. I relate to everyone in there. I love Marla, I see me in her. But same thing for Tyler, and everyone else. Every character is a different part of me that I’ve fought and that I now live with.

I think that all of those characters are exarceberated parts of myself. I loved the art style, the clothes, the songs, the call to wake up. Amazing.
